Foreword TCVN 6396-73:2010 is completely equivalent to EN 81-73:2005 with permitted editorial changes. TCVN 6396-73:2010 was compiled by the National Technical Standards Committee TCVN/TC 178 Lifts, proposed by the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, and promulgated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
